I’m having trouble streaming, what gives?

Go to the Plex app settings on your device and uncheck DIRECT PLAY or choose CONVERT AUTOMATICALLY for the playback settings.

How do I know if NickzFlix is online?

Go to request.nickzflix.com:5000 and the landing page shows the system status. If you are logged into Ombi, you will want to log out to see status.
